On a beach in the south of France, after a failed firework show, 65-year-old Philippe, a professional firework setter, is devastated. He blames his daughter, Mélodie (30), who had returned to the family business two years earlier.
The father-daughter confrontation gives rise to a firefight, both literally and metaphorically.
